Photo Booth: Open Air VS. Traditional

These days, photo booths come in all shapes and sizes. That's why I wanted to discuss the similarities and differences of an open air versus traditional photo booth.

Open Air Photo Booth: This is a great option if you want to have a bunch of people in one photo (generally fits up to 16!) This option features a backdrop and camera set up in a 10' x 10' space. There are many backdrops to choose from such as your standard black/white backdrop to a beautiful, sparking sequin backdrop in gold, silver or blush!

Traditional Photo Booth: I like to refer to this one as your "old-fashioned" photo booth as it is enclosed with a privacy curtain. You can step right in, sit on the small bench, and 1-2-3 SMILE and strike a pose! It's as easy as that! However, it seats two comfortable - maybe 3 - but you definitely won't be getting 16 people in one photo like you would the open air photo booth option.

Both options include an attendant who will set up and tear down the photo booth, as well as hand you your prints. Most photo booths also include props but be sure to check the fine print as some photo booth companies do not include this and you will  be charged. Props are so FUN and much needed! You can also add on a customizable logo on each photo strip that could say something such as MELODY & BRANDON 4.15.2016, for example. This is a fun way to personalize the photo strips so you and your guests can look back on the memories for years to come!

So, there you have it... The similarities and differences of an open air versus a traditional photo booth!
