Real Wedding: LaChelle & Ben

This week we’re highlighting LaChelle & Ben’s wedding that took place on October 5, 2019 at Round Barn Farm in Red Wing, Minnesota. LaChelle & Ben came across our coordination services on Google as they were looking for someone who could assist with setup, teardown and everything in between on the day-of. Their main goal on the day of their wedding was to focus on being one thing… the bride & groom! We we’re excited to be part of their big day and make sure their wish was granted :) Fast forward to the week of the wedding and there was rain in the forecast for their wedding day. While they had envisioned an outdoor ceremony, we kept a close eye on the weather in the chance we had to switch to Plan B which was having the ceremony indoors. Unfortunately as the day approached, rain was still in the forecast (and lots of it). We assured LaChelle & Ben we’d work alongside their florist to ensure their vision still came to life even though we had to eventually move things into the pavilion and move forward with Plan B on the wedding day. The florist (who by the way is amazingly talented and you need to check her out) designed a beautiful floral installation for the ceremony backdrop. The rain made for beautiful photos after all and we were still able to carry out LaChelle & Ben’s vision despite the weather. The day was perfection and fun-filled for everyone involved!
