Real Wedding: Nora & Zach

This week we're highlighting Nora & Zach’s wedding that took place at Earl & Wilson Event Center in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota on July 13th, 2019. Side note, if you haven’t yet checked out this newer venue you need to do so right now! It is absolutely gorgeous and is one of our favorites. We were so thrilled to work with Nora & Zach and be part of their best day ever. They came to us last year looking for a day of coordinator for their wedding day — someone who would help make their day stress free. It’s safe to say they came to the right place!

Their package started with us one month prior to their wedding and we got right to the month-of details including creating and finalizing their detailed wedding day timeline and more. Another side note, our timelines end up being about 4-6 pages and are SUPER detailed — also, just one less thing our couples have to worry about the weeks leading up to their wedding as we handle all of that for them! A few weeks before the big day, we met in person to go over the timeline, setup/teardown details and vendor information to ensure their day would be one thing for them — perfection! The day of the wedding, our team arrived onsite and started overseeing vendors and finishing up the final setup details before guests started arriving. The space was set to perfection and looked beautiful. Guests were even commenting on how amazing the event space was as they got off the elevator. Nora & Zach had a beautiful ceremony and lots of happy tears were shed. After they were pronounced husband and wife, they joyfully came back down the aisle and were ready to do one thing — par-tay! The night continued with food stations for dinner, speeches, first dances and an epic dance party. WHAT A NIGHT! Nora & Zach - Congratulations! Wishing you both a lifetime of love and happiness.
