Real Wedding: Casey & Ben

This week we're highlighting Casey & Ben’s wedding that took place at Loews Minneapolis Hotel on Sunday, September 2, 2018. Casey reached out to us in November 2017 where she had heard about our day of coordination services on Facebook.

While the day of coordination package started one month prior to her wedding day, Casey and her Mother, Nancy, were still in contact with us here and there during the planning process. We attended their tasting and details meeting at Loews in May 2018 to figure out appetizers and entree selections, as well as talked through their wedding day timeline and what that might look like. Casey, her fiancé, Ben, and Casey’s parents were present for this meeting.

The summer months flew by and it was officially August 2, 2018 — ONE MONTH until Casey & Ben’s big day! We were so excited to be part of it. Rachel (Lead Event Coordinator) and Tyler (Assistant Event Coordinator) were assigned to oversee their wedding day. We met with Casey and her Mom a few weeks before the wedding to chat through the day of details, vendor arrival times, and other miscellaneous items. Fast forward to September 2, 2018 — the big day was finally here! Rachel and Tyler showed up a few hours before the ceremony to oversee vendors arriving and setting up, help with setting up miscellaneous decor provided by Casey & Ben, and ensure everything was running smoothly. The ceremony and reception space looked beautiful with lighting provided by JD at Ignite Event Group, flowers provided by Sadie’s Floral, and a lovely chuppah provided by Linen Effects. Everything came together perfectly. The ceremony was beautiful, cocktail hour was a blast, and reception kicked off with dancing before dinner…. #PartyModeOn! Casey & Ben -- CONGRATULATIONS!
