This week we're highlighting Jennifer & Bill's wedding that took place at St. Thomas The Apostle Church and PAIKKA in St. Paul, Minnesota on July 21, 2018. Jennifer emailed us in early 2018 looking for a day of coordinator to help execute her vision and ensure the day ran smoothly. A few weeks before the wedding, we met in person to go over her wedding day timeline and finalize other details.

Fast forward to the big day... July 21, 2018! We arrived at PAIKKA in the early afternoon to oversee vendor arrival and start setting up some of the decor Jennifer & Bill provided which included table numbers, a guest book, picture frames, and miscellaneous signage. Meanwhile, Maven Events was onsite setting up the greenery install and gorgeous flowers (which seriously pulled the room together... WOW!). During setup, one of us traveled offsite to the church to ensure everything was running smoothly over there (just another reason why we always work in pairs!). By the time guests arrived to the reception venue, everything was setup and the party was ready to start! Guests mingled during cocktail hour which was both indoors and outdoors (it was such a beautiful day!) Right before dinner was about to begin, our team worked with the DJ (who was absolutely amazing) to corral guests and let them know they can be seated for dinner. From there, the grand entrance kicked things off once the wedding party arrived onsite after taking their party bus around town for photos and brews. The night continued with speeches, first dances, and quite the PAR-TAY! What a fun and memorable night it was for everyone involved. Jennifer & Bill -- CONGRATULATIONS!
