Tell us a little bit about Wild Fig Marketing
We help our clients tell their stories and communicate their brand and values through their blogs, email campaigns and online marketing. Wild Fig Marketing was named after the Wild Fig Tree in South Africa which has roots that extend more than 456 ft. into the earth. We chose to name our company after this tree because it is representative of what we're trying to do for our clients - help them connect and grow deeper, more rooted and meaningful relationships with their customers (and of course...make more money). One of the fastest ways to build rapport and develop relationships is to tell your story. 

Can you tell us more about the services you offer and why they are beneficial?
We have experience working  with a lot of wedding professionals and wedding-related businesses. In fact, our founder used to own her own wedding planning business years ago and is able to apply that knowledge and experience to identify effective marketing strategies for wedding-related businesses. One of the things we love to do is help wedding professionals automate some of their most time-consuming processes. Recently we worked with a wedding venue that kept track of all of their couples in an excel spreadsheet. When they printed out the spreadsheet it was over 15 pages long and was nearly impossible to manage. As their business grew, the owners recognized  this was not a sustainable model. We met with them and created an automated system to communicate and collect key information from the couple throughout the wedding planning process. Now all they have to do is enter the couple's name, email addresses and phone numbers when they book the venue and voilà! The system knows when to send them emails and when to schedule tasks for the event coordinators to follow-up, etc. 

What excites you most about the work you do?
We love seeing the looks on our clients faces when they realize what's possible and how we can help give them back countless hours a day to focus on the part of the business they enjoy! 

How do you exceed your client's expectations?
The need to exceed our client's expectations is something that is ingrained in all of us at Wild Fig. One way we ensure that we're exceeding expectations is by tracking and measuring everything we do. If one of our strategies or campaigns isn't garnering the results our clients want, we work on it until we get it right. 

Anything else you'd like to share with us?
We've been in business for 8 years and over 75% of our clients have been with us for at least 6 years or more! This really speaks to the fact that we treat our clients like their part of our family and vice versa!
