This week we're highlighting Rachel & Marty's wedding that took place at Legacy Hill Farm on May 12, 2018. Rachel came to us in the fall of 2017 looking for a day of coordinator for her big day. She wanted someone who could help setup and teardown her decor, as well as make sure the day runs smoothly. We had also worked at Legacy Hill Farm prior and were very familiar with the venue which was a huge plus!

Fast forward to the weeks leading up to Rachel & Marty's wedding. Their lead event coordinator who was assigned to their wedding was thrilled to be part of their special day. We met with them a few weeks prior to their wedding to go over the final timeline and details. We confirmed vendor arrival times, finalized a detailed wedding day timeline and more in preparation for their wedding which is all part of our day of coordination package. May 12, 2018 was finally upon us in the blink of an eye! Our team arrived to the farm to start setting up and made sure Rachel, Marty and their entire wedding party were well taken care of. Shortly before the ceremony, it started to rain but that wasn't going to stop anyone. Umbrellas were on deck and the show went on! From there, guests enjoyed cocktail hour and were then making their way to the beautiful onsite pavilion to prepare for a dinner buffet provided by This Little Piggy Catering. The food was great, speeches were awesome, and dance party was a good time (shout out to Faith at Adagio DJ!). Rachel & Marty -- CONGRATULATIONS!
