This week we're highlighting Danielle & Ryan's winter wedding that took place on February 11th, 2017 at the JX Event Venue in Stillwater, MN. Last fall, Danielle reached out to us looking for some help on her wedding day. No, not the typical full or partial planning, or even day of coordination for that matter -- she simply wanted a team of people to show up and set her wedding decor up. She came to the right people as this is right in our wheelhouse! While we don't typically promote our wedding day set-up and tear down services on our website, that doesn't mean we don't offer it! Danielle chatted with us mainly over email the weeks leading up to her wedding. She sent us all of her vendors/contact information and a very detailed list of her wedding decor and how everything needs to be set up. This list included everything including table linens, gold sequin table runners, centerpieces, votives/candles, guestbook/pens, card box, garland for the head table, place cards for the head table -- you name it! There was a team of three of us and we started the set up as soon as the venue let us in at 1pm the day of the wedding. Side note, but if you haven't checked out the JX Event Venue, it is GORGEOUS! The set up took our team about 2-3 hours. Did we mention Danielle & Ryan have some amazing taste!? The colors, design and everything came together very, very nicely! Meanwhile, the ceremony was off-site so guests starting arriving to the reception venue for cocktail hour as we we're just finishing up. The reception area which we had decorated and set up was still blocked off by a curtain. A few of Danielle & Ryan's immediate family got a sneak peek and they were all very impressed. Danielle's Mom had happy tears in her eyes and couldn't thank us enough! It's time like this that remind us how blessed we are to have an amazing team and as an added bonus -- we love what we do!
