This week we're highlighting Ann & Casey’s wedding that took place at Mayowood Stone Barn in Rochester, Minnesota on July 7, 2018. Ann came to us in the fall of 2017 looking for someone to help plan her wedding and keep her on track throughout the process. It’s safe to say she came to the right place and we were thrilled to help out!

When we first started chatting with Ann about her vision, we knew one thing and that her wedding was going to be GORGEOUS. Throughout the months of planning, we discussed rental items and other decor she could purchase to help make her vision come to life. We met with the lovely Jamie of Pristine Floral in November to talk about flowers. Ann envisioned a ceremony arch decked out with floral, as well as lots more floral in the reception area and just about anywhere and everywhere! A few months later, Ann continued booking vendors that would help make her vision come to life including Apres Rental, La Tavola Fine Linen, Farina Baking Company and more.

Fast forward to a few weeks before the wedding and we had our final planning meeting with Ann & Casey to talk through the wedding day timeline and setup/decor needs. Ann created a “look book” complete with how she envisioned everything set up from the ceremony to the reception and all of the details in between. We knew everything was going to look stunning on her big day! The Friday before her wedding, our team headed to Rochester, MN to coordinate the rehearsal and showed up bright and early the next morning to be by her side and help oversee that her vision came to life… AND IT DID! She had an amazing team of vendors on her wedding day and it showed! Their amazing photographer, Sally Pinera, showed up (all the way from Los Angeles, California!) to take photos throughout the day and Jamie (Pristine Floral) worked behind the scenes to do some styling. It was a beautiful day filled with lots of smiles and laughter. Ann & Casey -- CONGRATULATIONS and thank you again for allowing us to help plan your wedding and be by your side on your wedding day! “I had the partial planning package with Melody since September for my July wedding. I broke the contract with my coordinator who told me that I was not able to ask her any questions until the month of because it was not my turn. It could have not been more opposite with Melody. Even ten months out she made me feel like my wedding was really important and helped me with any questions/problems I had big or small. She is even there to talk about personal things that are bound to happen during wedding planning. On the day of she even calmed some family drama that was about to take place and she and Hannah handled it professionally so I didn't have to be put in that position. Anything that came up the day of- her or Hannah handled it so that by the time guests arrived everything was ready and looking beautiful. Melody knew from the beginning that it was a dream of mine to get my wedding published and supported me in decisions I had to make to have the best chance of that happen. I loved that I was able to add any hours I wanted to the package as I really needed with the amount of rentals that I was bringing in and loved having her and her amazing assistant Hannah there from the moment I pulled in to the end of the night.” Ann & Casey
