This week we are featuring The Gardens of Castle Rock on our vendor spotlight blog! We just love working with Glenn and the rest of his team. We've attended a few wedding fairs/open houses at this particular venue, and also planned and coordinated Julia & Sam's fall 2017 wedding here.! We also are looking forward to coordinating a few of our 2018 couples weddings here!

We cherish design. Your wedding day is about you, not us. What makes The Gardens of Castle Rock a truly unique venue is the opportunity for couples to create a wedding that is genuinely reflective of their personalities and ultimately their love story. Our open catering policy allows couples freedom to choose a cuisine and level of service that reflects their style. The Gardens has “good bones” that makes it easy for couples to customize the space to their vision.
How do you help a couple create their perfect wedding?
The Gardens team is committed to working alongside couples to ensure their event goes smoothly. We pride ourselves on being available to both couples and vendors through one-on-one meetings, email and phone conversations, as well as providing recommendations, trouble shooting and answering any questions that come up during planning. Creating a unique and memorable wedding day is a BIG job complete with hundreds of decisions to make about big and small details. We strongly encourage couples to work with a professional wedding planner and/or coordinator who can ensure the vision of the couple materializes on their big day.
What are the current trends you’ve seen with weddings?

This wedding season we have started to see design elements tighten up. For example, a wedding day look of rustic refined has begun to emerge creating details that are crisper and less worn. In the same vein, the use of floral has become more flowing and opulent.
What other events, besides weddings, does The Gardens of Castle Rock host?
One of the core beliefs we have is celebrating love in a very safe and nature based environment. We have been honored to host celebration of life/memorial services that allow families to share stories and memories in a beautiful setting. After all love grows at The Gardens.
What are some amenities and unique offerings The Gardens of Castle Rock has to offer?
Glenn Switzer, the owner of The Gardens of Castle Rock, is an internationally awarded landscape designer who has created seamless design throughout The Gardens allowing for all areas to effortlessly flow, including our four ceremony sites. Even in the largest crowd, guests are comfortable and intimately connected to the natural environment. This high level to design has drawn thousands of people to The Gardens, including families from four continents.
