This week we're highlighting Kate & Matt's winter wedding that took place on January 21st, 2017 at the James J. Hill Center in downtown St. Paul. Last October, we received an inquiry from Kate who was looking to hire a day of coordinator. When she told us her wedding was at the James J. Hill Center, we were so excited! We met with Kate just two days prior to her wedding and discussed final details, set up and the timeline. Kate had it all under control and we were so happy to take what she had planned and execute everything the day of her wedding! She had a car full of wedding decor -- card box, guest book, centerpieces, chargers -- you name it. We took everything from her so she could focus on only one thing during the next 24 hours -- she was going to be Mrs. Hanley!

The day of the wedding we showed up to the James J. Hill Center and started to oversee other vendors as they arrived. The ceremony took place off-site so us vendors went to town in terms of transforming this venue into something beautiful before the cocktail hour and dinner reception took place! Black table linens, gold plate chargers and beautiful floral centerpieces we're just some of the many decor that transformed the room. The centerpieces Kate provided were books! Does it get any cuter than that!? They were the perfect centerpieces for a "library wedding!" The night turned out to be amazing and definitely one to remember. The night was filled with joy, laughter and a lot of memories and we are so honored we got to be part of it. Kate & Matt -- CONGRATULATIONS! Wishing you many years of love, laughter & happiness.
